Maggie Sottero Aurelie - Size 8 - 10

This gorgeous Maggie Sottero 'Aurelie' dress will be for sale at the Brighton Bridal Boot Fayre on the 10th March. Included in this post are a couple of pictures from the designer website - but the dress itself has a slightly different neckline and is in a different colour.

Its credentials are:
Ivory, with Ivory lace and gold accents.
Size 8-10
Bride is 5' 6/7" and wore 3 inch heels. 
Dress is a one piece, strapless gown with sweetheart neckline, full A-line, dramatic back with swarovski crystal detail.
RRP £1500 brand new, for Sale at the boot fayre for £550
Fantastic condition - as only been worn once, but does need to be dry cleaned.
Jupon Hoop is included in the price ( usually £100)

There will be an area at the boot fayre where brides can try on dresses, so if this looks tempting then come along and give it a go!

A Beautiful Rustic Wedding

We welcome another wonderful Anna who has booked a table at the Brighton Bridal Boot Fayre in March. She sent over some lovely piccies from her wedding day, the wedding looked fab, and we're very excited to have Anna selling all these goodies at the fayre.

Nearly a month to go.....!

Well, doesn't time fly when you're having fun?! It's been a pretty hectic few weeks, and the days are ticking by... soon the Brighton Bridal Boot Fayre will be upon us... We've been so chuffed with the response to the boot fayre this time round. It's amazing what Facebook and word of mouth can do! We've had huge support from loads of fantastic local businesses who're loving the idea and want to be part of it.
We went to visit the hall again yesterday and got VV excited about it... we've still gots few bits to plan, but we are full for businesses and only have a few bride tables left - so things are moving in the right direction and we're happy girls! What we really want is to be able to offer brides ( and hubby's)-to-be the chance to really be inspired by those of you who've got married and are looking to recycle their wedding stuff. It's such a lovely feeling ( from experience) knowing that the stuff you bought is going to a good home and will help to shape someone else's big day. We love the thought of things having  a past and a story of their own ( a little bit sentimental, we know! We're not the biggest green goddesses either, but at least by by buying second hand you're helping the environment in a small way too.
We're looking forward to hearing all the big day stories from our brides who're having tables and also meeting you lovely people who're about to get hitched! Exciting times ahead...

Gorgeous garden wedding accessories

Anna will be at the Brighton Bridal Boot Fayre selling some of her wedding items from her gorgeous garden wedding, she has table settings, place names, garden tealight holders and also a bridesmaid dress.

Alongside selling her leftover wedding bits Anna will be offering for hire vintage crockery for any occasion, she can cater for up to 100. The teacups and cake stands are just perfect for any afternoon tea. Contact Anna if you are interested.

Hey guys, apologies that we haven't updated the blog for a little while, we've been concentrating on the Facebook page - which is going splendidly well at the moment(we're nearly at 80 likes!) But we thought it was time to update you guys on here too about some of the fantastic people who are going to be joining us at the next Brighton Bridal Boot Fayre. Weellll we've had loads of enquiries and this lovely lady called Sonia runs a company called Button Bridal... She designs some beautiful bespoke alternatives to bouquets, button holes and fascinators. So if flowers aren't your bag, or you'd like something which will last a little longer than a few days then check her out!! She'll be bringing along some of her fantastic creations for you to try on. x

Brighton Bridal Boot Fayre 2!

Hey there and Happy New Year!

We've been away for a while but now we're back and getting geared up for the next Brighton Bridal Boot Fayre! A massive thank you to all you lovely people who came along to the last event and for all your feedback. We've taken it on board and hope this BBBF will be bigger, better and with loads more preloved wedding items for you to buy.
We're holding it at the Friends Meeting House in Ship Street in Brighton again, BUT we're going to be in the larger room so there will be loads more space! We're also going to have some fantastic businesses on board again, so watch this space. We'll be updating the blog with news and piccies along the way.

So if you're a newlywed and wants to sell on your beautiful things to another bride-to-be then get in touch! It could be anything from dresses, hair accesories, shoes, table decs, bunting, jewellery- you name it!
Tables are £5. Or, if you're a local wedding related business which is a little bit out of ordinary and can offer brides good prices, then get in touch for details.
